We oversee the management of an extensive portfolio of logistics and office assets in Europe on behalf of our existing investor base. These assets are typically held within a single project fund or as part of a diverse collection of assets with a strategic investment theme. We can deliver bespoke solutions to our investor partners.

Our existing portfolio is split equally in terms of value of the AuM. We have experience of acquiring and managing assets ranging from smaller ‘last-mile’ logistics properties through to headquarter office buildings occupied by global tenants.

Over years of operating in European real estate we have established deep rooted relationships across the tenant network as well as the investment and investor community. We work across the risk spectrum with a focus on core / core+ assets. Our demonstrable track record of executing real estate investment strategies is something we are dedicated to continue delivering.

Alistair Ennever

Head of Europe

Seasoned Fund Manager of pan-European funds with 17+ years of experience in real estate. Previously Head of European Industrial & Logistics at Savills Investment Management. Transacted in excess of EUR 2.5bn of assets across the logistics, office, and retail sectors.

Ale Castellot

Finance Director

Formerly Fund Finance Director at Savills Investment Management. Responsible for structuring, tax and financing matters on over EUR 1.5bn of transactions. Extensive experience on a range of UK and pan-European open and close-ended fund structures. Over 19 years of real estate experience.

Isabella Valgimigli

Portfolio Manager

Previously a pan-European Portfolio Manager at Savills Investment Management, Isabella brings over 10 years of multi-sector asset management experience to the team. She oversees acquisitions and disposal processes, whilst also being responsible for driving value across the portfolio through formulating and implementing business plans.
